Returns & Exchange

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for Store Credit. 

RETURNS OVERVIEW:

Eligible returns will receive a Store Credit Only. Store credit is issued in the form of a Harrison Street Boutique e-gift card via email. 

No Refunds will be issued and no Exchanges.

Shipping Fee is Non-Refundable, unless we are at fault. 

All items will be inspected upon return. Items returned in non re-sellable condition will be returned to you as a Final Sale.  

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. 

 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
